Delivery

Your order will be delivered free of charge, either:

  • In person at our workshops in Carouge​
  • By Swiss Post within Switzerland​
  • By DHL worldwide​
  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 days maximum

Returns

  1. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The return must be notified in writing via our email address. The dispatch date of the return declaration determines compliance with the deadline. It is not necessary to provide reasons for the return. The return declaration should be sent to our customer service email.
  2. You are required to return your order to Croix de Genève in its original packaging, with all supplied accessories, without any signs of use, within 7 days following the return declaration. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  3. You must use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If you do not use a tracking service and purchase shipping insurance, and the product is lost, Croix de Genève will not reimburse you.
  4. Your order will be fully refunded, subject to a deduction in case of product damage or wear.

Lifetime Warranty

Croix de Genève guarantees that the products meet the promised qualities, are free from defects that could affect their value or suitability for use.​

We offer a lifetime warranty on each of our creations. Damages resulting from improper use or deliberate degradation are not covered.

A manufacturing defect from our workshop will result in the replacement or repair of the defective product.​

You must use a shipping service with tracking and purchase shipping insurance. If the product is lost due to not using a tracking service and not purchasing shipping insurance, Croix de Genève will not reimburse you.​

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We use Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland and DHL for international shipments. To prevent theft, all our shipments require a signature upon delivery.​

In Switzerland, taxes are included in your order price.​

Outside of Switzerland, taxes and customs fees are not included. You may be required to pay customs duties/import taxes.​

Bespoke and personalization have always been in our nature; thus, we are open to special projects and your customization proposals.​
